33.1. The parties concur the arbitration shall be retained confidential. The existence of the arbitration, the existence or articles in the Declare, all documents and data presented or exchanged in reference to the arbitration, and any submissions, orders or awards created inside the arbitration shall be stored private and no celebration shall disc
